2.We would like to inform you that your company, CREATESOFT GROUP PTE LTD (198803502K), may continue with operations from 7 Apr 2020 to 4 May 2020 based on a review of your application.

3.Where necessary, your company may wish to ask your key suppliers/contractors to submit an application for review in order for you to continue operations with minimal disruptions.

4.We will continue to review the manpower strength that your company deploys at the work premises during this period. As you continue to operate your Essential Service, you are required to comply with the all applicable laws, including the provision of the Infectious Diseases Act and any regulations promulgated there under, Part 7 of the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 and the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures)(Control Order) Regulations 2020. In particular, you should ensure the following:

a. Functions that can be performed remotely must be done from home.

b. Employers must implement safe distancing measures to reduce physical interactions by:

• Reducing the need for and duration of physical interactions;
• Staggering working hours;
• Postponing all group events; and
• Implementing shift work and/or split team arrangements.
